1. The Service

SKOLY Academy is your AI Health Wingmate — a simple, smart platform designed for learners and future healthcare professionals. It includes tools such as the Speech-to-Text AI Consultation Simulator, AI Diagnostics Assistant, AI Medical Imaging Assistant, AI Medication Assistant, AI Lab Insights Assistant, Intelligent Document Vault, and a Dedicated AI Personal Assistant. Available to individual learners and through university or institutional agreements (MOUs).

SKOLY Academy is an educational and decision-support tool. It does not provide medical diagnoses or replace the judgment of qualified healthcare professionals or academic supervisors.

2. Eligibility & Access

Individual Learners: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a current student, trainee, or learner in a healthcare-related field.

Universities & Institutions: Access may be provided under a separate Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or institutional agreement. In such cases, the institution is responsible for authorizing its students and staff.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SKOLY Academy only for legitimate educational and professional development purposes. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models, algorithms, or systems
• Use the platform to build a competing product or service
• Upload data in violation of laws, privacy rights, or institutional policies
• Share your individual account credentials
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the platform
• Copy, scrape, crawl, or reuse any part of the website or platform without prior written permission

4. Intellectual Property

SKOLY owns all rights in the platform, the website (including the Academy landing page), and all related materials. This includes the AI models, algorithms, agentic systems, design, text, graphics, logos, structure, code, and all improvements or derivatives.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the website or platform without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of your own content and study materials. We retain exclusive ownership of the website, platform, and all intelligence and systems we create.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using SKOLY Academy, you also agree to that Policy. We apply strong protections to any health-related or personal information you choose to upload.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or that AI insights will always be complete or suitable for academic or clinical use. SKOLY Academy is a learning and support tool, not a substitute for professional medical or academic judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKOLY's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees you (or your institution) paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If no fees were paid, liability is limited to USD 500 for individual learners.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including academic outcomes, clinical decisions, loss of data, or other losses.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
