1. The Service

SKOLY is an Agentic Healthcare Intelligence platform that turns medical data into confident clinical action — faster, safer, and smarter. It supports imaging analysis, prescription validation, lab interpretation, documentation, and real-time clinical assistance through its agentic crew (IASO™), available natively in English, French, and Arabic.

We do not provide medical diagnoses or replace the clinical judgment of qualified healthcare professionals. All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed practitioner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the platform on behalf of a healthcare organization, clinic, hospital, or approved partner (including Public-Private Partnerships).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SKOLY only for legitimate professional healthcare purposes. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models, algorithms, or systems
• Use the platform to build a competing product or service
• Upload data in violation of laws, patient rights, or third-party rights
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the platform
• Copy, scrape, crawl, or reuse any part of the website or platform without prior written permission

4. Intellectual Property

SKOLY owns all rights in the platform, the website (including this landing page), and all related materials. This includes the AI models, algorithms, agentic systems, design, text, graphics, logos, structure, code, and all improvements or derivatives.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the website or platform without our prior written permission.

When you use the Service, you grant us a limited right to process data as necessary to deliver the Service and to improve our systems using only de-identified and aggregated information.

You retain ownership of your own content and patient data. We retain exclusive ownership of the website, platform, and all intelligence and systems we create.

5. Privacy & Patient Data Protection

How we handle personal data and patient information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using SKOLY, you also agree to that Policy. We treat patient data with the highest level of care and in full alignment with GDPR and applicable regional requirements.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or that AI insights will always be complete or suitable for every clinical situation. SKOLY is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKOLY's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If no fees were paid, liability is limited to USD 1,000.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including clinical outcomes, loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
